Morning Session
9:00 AM – Welcome & Intention Setting
Arrive at our beautiful outdoor location and take a moment to breathe in the fresh mountain air. You’ll be greeted by your guide and introduced to our esteemed partner, Laurisa Elle.
Laurisa will lead a brief opening ceremony, inviting you to set a personal intention for your practice and your day.
9:15 AM – Transformative Outdoor Yoga (1 Hour)
Flow into a one-hour yoga session personally led by Laurisa. Practicing outdoors, you’ll feel a profound connection to the earth as you move through a sequence designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and calm the mind. The session is suitable for all levels, with modifications offered for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
10:15 AM – Mindful Cool-Down & Reflection
The session concludes with a gentle cool-down, breath work (pranayama), and a period of quiet reflection (savasana), allowing the benefits of your practice to integrate fully.
10:30 AM – Your Adventure Begins
Your formal yoga session is complete. The rest of the day is yours to create.
